There are lots of tasks that pull your energy in multiple directions. Which is why it is so important to make time to bring all that ‘busy’ energy back down to earth. When we live in our heads all the time we forget about the physical world. We start focusing on tasks not results. We are preoccupied by the future rather than doing what is in front of us to create momentum in our business. This is why at Quantum Wealth Coach we like to keep our focus on the Root Chakra. 

The Root Chakra is where the foundational energy of your business is stored, programmed and controlled. If you do not have grounded energy here you won’t be building a very stable or sustainable business. That is why we have crafted 7 intention statements for you to work with over the next week

Intention #1 – I am building a solid foundation on which to grow

It is important to reaffirm that the foundation you are building your business on is solid. You don’t want to build on a shaky foundation. You also can not sustain your business. Saying this intention statement several times a day will assist you in pulling your energy back down to base and keep solidifying your base as you grow. 

Intention #2 – I am safe in all parts of my life

As your business grows and your days get busier it is important to remind yourself that you are safe. This not only calms the energy inside your root chakra but it will also help keep your ego from throwing a temper tantrum as you grow. 

Intention #3 – I am secure in who I am

It is not just enough to feel safe, you also need to feel secure. The more secure you feel in yourself the more secure you will feel with your offers and making them in public. That means that this intention statement and the one above go hand in hand. For when you feel safe and secure you will be more confident to go forth and speak about your work.

Intention #4 – I am stable, strong and unshakable

Being in business is an act of bravery. It also requires you to be somewhat vulnerable. Saying this particular intention statement a couple of times a day will help you when you are feeling less than courageous or when you wake up feeling a little sensitive.  

Intention #5 – I am connected deeply to the physical world

Your business operates in the physical world. Even though most of the time you will be running your business in your head and your heart, the day to day is in the physical realm. When you claim your connection to the physical world, you also claim your connection to the physical aspect of your business. 

Intention #6 – I am allowing myself to be present

Say this intention statement before you get on sales calls, enrollment calls and teaching classes.  The worst time to be distracted is when you need to be 100% present with your clients or potential clients. Your root chakra operates in the present moment. It doesn’t do past future energy. So if you truly want to grow your business and close those offers, say this intention statement: keep yourself and your energy rooted to the present moment. 

Intention #7 – I am a material being in a material world

Your root chakra loves the material world and all it has to offer. If you allow it to, it will show you how to receive all your heart desires. The more you make your root feel safe, secure, solid and stable, the more material success you will receive. Acknowledging that there is no separation from yourself, your business and the material world will only strengthen your energy.

Use all seven of these intention statements whenever and wherever you feel you need them. The happier your Root chakra is, the more joyful your life will become. Not to mention these statements will help recode your root chakra for success, growth and change.
